Dental records are retained for a minimum of 10 years from last service, or per California law (minor patients' records retained until age 28). Website usage data is retained up to 26 months.

We treat patients of all ages. For patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for treatment and manages their child's health information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors through our website without parental consent.

Our site links to third-party sites (NexHealth, ZocDoc, Google Maps). We are not responsible for their privacy practices — please review their policies before submitting personal information.

4. Online Appointment Booking

Appointment requests are requests only — not confirmed appointments — until you receive confirmation from our office. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in removal from our active patient roster.

5. Membership Plan Terms

Participation in the Happy Smiles Membership Plan is governed by a separate membership agreement provided at enrollment:

  • Membership is non-transferable and valid for the enrolled individual only
  • Benefits renew annually; unused covered services do not roll over
  • Discounts may not be combined with other promotions or insurance benefits
  • Enso Dental may modify or discontinue the plan with 30 days' written notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and code — is the property of Enso Dental or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. The Enso Dental name, logo, and "Happy Smiles Membership Plan" are trademarks of Enso Dental. Reproduction without express written permission is prohibited.

7. User-Submitted Content

By submitting reviews, testimonials, or photos to us, you grant Enso Dental a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing purposes. You represent that you own or have rights to submit such content.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Site links to NexHealth, ZocDoc, Healthgrades, and Google Maps. These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Enso Dental is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party sites.
